Operation Motherland has escaped the lab!

The book’s a new format for Abaddon, all big and lovely, so it feels much better in the hand than their previous releases. It feels proper, somehow.
I’m now in a position to announce that yes, there will be a third Afterblight book coming from me next year. And a little something between now and then to tide you over. Hurrah for me :-) Details are still being worked out, but you’ll hear about it here first.
In other business, I was lucky enough to interview Mike Carey a week or so back, for IGN.com. What an accommodating, friendly, clever bloke he is. You can read our chat here and I highly recommend his new Vertigo comic, The Unwritten. It’s fab.
